A scholarship created and administered by the Lunarians to send students from the Greater New York area to writer's workshops such as Clarion, Clarion West and Odyssey. It is supported by the book raffle held at Lunacon.
It is named after Don Wollheim and his wife Elsie Wollheim, long time New York fans and supporters of the Lunarians.
