Cy Chauvin is a fan and critic, active in Detroit fandom from the 1970s. He was a member of the Wayne Third Foundation and was an editor of the fanzine Seldon's Plan (1969-1985), and became active as a reviewer and commentator at about the same time. He was a member of MiSHAP. He published A Few Green Leaves for Stipple-APA.
