(September 15, 1946 – January 14, 2024)

An American pro writer living in Austin, TX, who worked primarily in short fiction, combining alternate history, American popular culture, the South, old movies, classical mythology, and rock 'n' roll music. He was a founding member of the Turkey City Writer's Workshop, and has taught at Clarion.
