Neofund was an organization from the early 60s set up. mainly by Harriett G. Kolchak, as a sort of Traveler's Aid to provide loans (to be repaid!) to fans who find themselves in financial difficulties at conventions. Fans under sixteen were to be given preference. It does not seem to have generated much support, but it may have lasted in some form through the early 1970s. It was possibly affiliated with the N3F.
