Minicon 38 was a convention held April 18–20, 2003, at the Millennium Hotel Minneapolis in Minneapolis, MN. Guests of Honor: Robert J. Sawyer, Carolyn Clink, Sue Mason, and Steve Macdonald.

Co-chairmen: Laura Jean Fish and Larry Sanderson. Attendance was 519.
