William (Bill) Lampkin is a fan living in Tallahassee, Florida, who in 1996 founded ThePulp.Net, a website devoted to the pulps and offering information and links to related online sources. He also writes a pulp-related blog there.

Bill is a member of the PulpFest organizing committee, and has been editor of the convention's magazine, The Pulpster, since 2012. He had been the magazine's designer since 2008.

While living in the Phoenix area from 2004 through 2012, he was a member of the Arizona Doc Con, assisting with the annual convention devoted to the pulp character Doc Savage.

Bill has been a member of the Pulp Era Amateur Press Society since 2015, and maintains the APA's website.

He has contributed pulp-related articles to The Pulpster, Blood 'n' Thunder, The Big Book of Bronze series, and the How I Discovered Doc Savage book series. He has also been active in pulp forums and newsgroups since the mid-1990s.
