Minicon 25 was a convention held April 13-15, 1990 at the Radisson South Hotel in Bloomington, MN. Guests of Honor: Jane Yolen, Kim Stanley Robinson, Patrick Price, David Thayer a.k.a. Teddy Harvia, Dave Romm and Earl Joseph. Dave Clement, P. C. Hodgell, Dr. Joseph Romm, and Art Widner were honored guests.

The convention was not run by a chairman but by an Exec consisting of Karen Cooper, Kathy Marschall, Scott Raun, and Martin Schafer. The convention theme/motto was "The Silver Edition."
