The Holiday Inn O'Hare is located in Rosemont, Illinois and was the site of Capricon 18 in 1998.
On September 11, 2001, Steven H Silver toured the location searching for a site for Midwest Construction. The tour was with a sales rep named George Bush.
The hotel is now known as the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel and Conference Center.
SMOFCon 34 was held at the facility from December 2-4, 2016.
