Mythcon XVI was a convention held in July 1985 at Wheaton College in Wheaton IL. The GoHs were Patricia McKillip and Peter Schakel, a C. S. Lewis scholar.
The theme of the convention was "A Kinship of Dancers: Interplay in the Lives and Works of Lewis, Tolkien, and Williams" and it was the C. S. Lewis Centenary. It was chaired by Diana Glyer.
