Balticon 34 was a convention held at the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, April 22-23, 2000. The GoHs were Octavia Butler, Wendy Pini and Richard Pini, and the "Fan Artist GoH" was Steve Stiles.
The also had a "Special Juggling Guest" which seems to have remained as "TBA".
The chairman was Lee Anne Dinkin.
Stephen L. Burns won the Compton Crook Award for Flesh and Silver. The previous year's winner was James Stoddard.
