Arcana 26 was held October 4-6, 1996 at the Holiday Inn Express Bandana Square in St. Paul, MN. The GoHs were David J. Skal, Richard A. Lupoff, and publisher Fedogan & Bremer.
The 1996 Minnesota Fantasy Award was presented to Kirby McCauley.
