Charlotte Proctor is a fan living in Birmingham, AL who has worked on a variety of regionals. She is a member and has been an officer of the Birmingham Science Fiction Club. She was the editor of its clubzine Anvil when it was nominated for the 1986 Best Fanzine Hugo. She ran for DUFF in 1983 and again in 1993. She was part of the Atlanta in '86 Worldcon bid.
