MiS-saigon was the third in a series of UK conventions collectively referred to as 'The MiScons'. It was a largely invitational event held February 9–11, 1996 in The Royal Clarence Hotel in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset.
The central programme item was 'The Witch Trial of Martin Joseph Tudor'.
