A [[British]] [[fan]] who found [[fandom]] in 1973. He was one of the organizers of the last three [[Mexicon]]s, ran several [[Rubicon]]s and helped organized [[Precursor]]. He was on the committees of [[Skycon]] [[Corflu 32]], and [[Seacon 03]].  He was a founding member of the [[Leeds University SF Society]] and ran the club for a couple of years. He was very active in [[BSFA]] in the late 70s and early 80s.  He is married to fellow [[fan]] [[Eve Harvey]].
