Donato Giancola

(1947 --)

Donato Giancola, who frequently paints under the name Donato, is an American artist specializing in narrative realism with SF and fantasy content. Giancola first majored in electrical engineering at the University of Vermont, but left for Syracuse University to pursue painting in 1989. He graduated with a BFA in 1992.
