(???? – ????)
Bill Sisson, an Indiana fan, was a member of the Decker Dillies. He was a member of Chicon, the 1940 Worldcon, as well as Denvention, the following year. (His wife, Rosalie, also joined the latter, though we’ve no other evidence of her involvement with fandom.)
Like all the Dillies, Sisson gafiated before the end of World War II.
Sisson was a graduate of the Struby School of Pharmacy in Macon, Georgia, and worked in the Decker, IN, drugstore with his father, and later as manager of Brasseur Drug Co. in Vincennes. During World War II, he served in the Atlantic on a lifeboat crew with the U.S. Maritime Service.
