Congenial 2 took place March 23-25, 1990, at the Sheraton Hotel, Racine, WI. Guests of Honor: Charles de Lint, Reed Waller and Kate Worley. The Genie Awards were given out for excellence in fanzines (artists, writers, editors, layout, and articles). There was a dance, an art show, a huckster room and filking.
