Neofund was an organization from the early 60s set up as a sort of Traveler's Aid to provide loans (to be repaid!) to fans who find themselves in financial difficulties at conventions. Fans under sixteen were to be given preference. It does not seem to have generated much support.

- Frank R. Prieto, Jr. -- Vice President
- Don Studebaker -- Publicity Director
- Harriett G. Kolchak -- Treasurer
- Milton Spahn -- East Coast Representative
