William “Cliff” Dunn (aka Gray Anderson), an American fan, has served as chair of WSFS’s Hugo Award Study committee. He was appointed to the Mark Protection Committee by Discon III in 2020.
He was co-chair, with Kate Secor, of the Memphis in 2023 Worldcon bid.
