The Terrean Amateur Press Society, a Cult-type apa which was formed in December 1964 by Arnie Katz. It was a rotating apa like The Cult, but with 12 members rather than 13. Lenny Bailes was elected the first Apa Manager (or AM, what TAPS called its OE). The Official Organ was The Terrean.
