(Sept 9, 1914 – December 20, 1993)
Harold Albert “Tommy” Tomkins was a Michigan fan, a member of the Galactic Roamers. He attended the 1942 Michiconference.
He was then married to Dorothy Tomkins, whom he wed in 1937, and living in Jackson, MI; they hosted the congoers to dinner. Neither of them seems to have been active after World War II, when both served in the military.
By 1944, though, Tommy and Dorothy had divorced and he had married Jane Tucker (Bob Tucker’s first wife), whom he likely met at the Michicon. They were married till her death in 1984.
