Mario Racic and Filamena Racic signed the register as attendees of Nycon 1, the first Worldcon in 1939, as "Mr & Mrs M. Racic." They were accompanying their sons Mario Racic, Jr. (one of Nycon's organizers) and Pete Racic and daughter, Ann Racic.
Pete played center field for the Queens Cometeers in the Softball Game.
