Awake, ye science-fiction readers!
Awake, ye star-begotten fans!
For science fiction is advancing!
Its fate is one with Man's.

The torch of science goes before us,
The flag of reason is unfurled.
We are the Vanguard of the Future,
We'll build a new and better world!

'Tis the final conflict,
Let each stand in his place;
The International Council
