It was replaced in 1955 (the next year the [[Hugos]] were awarded) with [[Best Professional Artist]] (which also consolidated the [[Best Cover Artist Hugo]].) [[Best Professional Artist]] has survived, and consequently was also awarded for the [[1954 Retro Hugo Awards]] and the [[1951 Retro Hugo Awards]].
