This is an adumbrated (probably) hoax bid which never actually materialized. In the late ’50s, a group calling itself Wisconsin Fandom put an ad in a Worldcon PR announcing a Bheercon bid for by 'Milwaukee's Spree in 'Seventy-Three' ... but in the meantime, vote for the Chicago: 1959 bid.
