Suford Lewis (née Susan Hereford) was active in LASFS and appeared in Westercon masquerades before going to Radcliffe in 1961 and joining MITSFS.
Now in Boston, she is a member of the New England SF Association, and has chaired the Boskone.
She is a computer scientist, married to Tony Lewis, a physicist who is also a fan.
Suford won the Big Heart Award in 2008.
