Genre author Sanderson is a member of The National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F) and currently heads up the club's Artist Bureau and Gourmet Bureau.
She is also a regular contributor to the N3F's literary fanzine, Tightbeam.
She earned a BS in Forensic Science and Investigation, and runs an art and design business.
