Edward Dale Hart was an early fan from Texas who started reading sf in 1930 and became a fan in 1937 when he came across Fantasy magazine. He was the main organizer of the Tri-Cities SFL and was a member of FAPA, SFA, FooFoo, OSA, and WAFFF.
