Brad W. Foster is a well-known fan and widely-honored fan artist and a life-long Texan.

He was on the committee of Corflu 25 and edited the last issue of the Texas SF Inquirer.

In 1976, he founded the small press publishing company Jabberwocky Graphix, initially to print and distribute his own art and comics, although he has subsequently published the work of over 300 other artists from around the world. He has been a regular contributor to Amazing Stories and Ansible. He published The Alphabeastiary and fanzine Locs.

Awards, Honors and GoHships:

He is a fixture at the Hugo Awards, where he holds the record for most awards for "Best Fan Artist", winning in 1987, 1988, 1989, 1992, 1994, 2008, 2010, and 2011, and he has been nominated nearly every other year, as well.
