Donald H. Dailey was a longtime fan from Indiana.
An associate member of the First Fandom club, he was inducted into the First Fandom Posthumous Hall of Fame in 2007. At one time he served as the First Fandom Archivist and a contributing editor for the club's fanzine, Scientifiction: The First Fandom Report.
He was married to Janet Dailey.
