A Canadian literary festival (for all genres) run along the lines of a science fiction convention. Started in 2011. It's a bit hard to tell if the "guests" are "Guests of Honor" or just program participants. We lean towards GoH and document those which are SF-related.
It has been advertised in On Spec magazine.
