Rivercon XVI was a convention held August 2-4, 1991 at the Hyatt Regency in Louisville, KY. The GoH was Lois McMaster Bujold, Leslie Turek was FGoH, and Debbie Hughes was Artist Guest.
Emma Bull was toastmaster and attendance was 769. See "How Louisville Changed My Life" for the FGoH speech that Leslie didn't give.
