Necon 21 was a convention held in 2001 at Roger Williams University near Providence, RI. The GoHs were Tim Powers, Elizabeth Massie, and Nicholas Jainschigg. The toastmaster was Roman Ranieri, the Roastee was Peter Straub, the Necon Legend was Craig Shaw Gardner, and it was chaired by Dan Booth.
