A Louisville conrunning fan who along with her husband, Steve Francis, was the mainstay of Rivercon for its twenty-five years. She has worked on numerous other regionals and Worldcons. She was co-head of the Louisville in '94 Worldcon bid. With Steve she won DUFF in 2008. She co-chaired DeepSouthCon 24 with Ken Moore.
