Bruce D. Arthurs is a fanzine fan who edited Fanthology '75. He was one of the founders of the Central Arizona Speculative Fiction Society. He was also a writer who contributed the story and the initial teleplay for the fourth season Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Clues" in 1990.
