Tom Barber was an artist who did numerous dust jackets and covers for SF/fantasy paperbacks. He chaired Perpetual ConFusion in 1986, ConClave XX in 1995, ConClave XXV in 2000 and co-chaired ConClave VIII in 1983. He was a member of the Detroit in '85 NASFiC bid committee and the Dorsai Irregulars. He died from Covid-19.
