Tom Barber is an artist who has done numerous dust jackets and covers for SF/fantasy paperbacks. He chaired Perpetual ConFusion in 1986, ConClave XX in 1995, ConClave XXV in 2000 and co-chaired ConClave VIII in 1983. He was a member of the Detroit in '85 NASFiC bid committee.
