Necon 15 was a convention held in 1995 at Roger Williams University near Providence, RI. The GoHs were Jonathan Carroll, Matthew Costello, and Stephen Bissette. The toastmaster was Gahan Wilson, the Roastees were F. Paul Wilson & Matt Costello, the Necon Legend was Alan Ryan, and it was chaired by Jim Anderson.
