One of the leading figures of the fan world in the last half of the Twentieth Century, and later a BNF of post-Blowup fandom, according to the way he tells it in 2000 AD. Central character in an immensely popular fan fiction series by Art Rapp. The Morgan Botts Foundation, however, is a Detroitfan chatter and bheer group.
