Ian B. Hill was a fan from Edinburgh, Scotland in the 1950s and 1960s and possibly later. He was a member of the BSFA, appearing on its first membership list in Vector #2 in 1958 (member #19). He remained a member until at least 1967 although he'd dropped out by 1969.
