Dai Barker was a British fan briefly active in the early 1950s. He was listed as a member of the British Teenage Fantasy and Science Fiction Society in Periscope #2 in October 1952.

It's possible that he is the person referred to as Dave Barker in Fred Robinson's report of the 1953 Coroncon published in Camber #2. The person Robinson describes is part of the Welsh contingent and Dai is sometimes used as a diminutive for David.
