Elizabeth Warren Adams was a Pacific Northwest fan who was one of the founding members of the Northwest Science Fiction Society and Norwescon. Known as "Dragon Lady" (from her fondness for dragon-themed artwork rather than her personality), she was for many years the driving force behind Norwescon's much-lauded con suite. She chaired Norwescon XI, Norwescon XII, and Norwescon XIV. She edited some issues of Westwind. She was married to Seattle area artist Steve "Duck" Adams.
