Montreal, QC, is home to MonSFFA and was home to ConCept SF&F Inc., and McGill/Montreal SFS. It’s the center of fandom in Quebec.
It held the 2009 Worldcon, Anticipation, and hosted Con*Cept, and is often host to Congrès Boréal.
In February of 2024, a Montreal bid was announced for the Worldcon in 2027.
