Randall Shepherd is an Arlington, Texas, con-running fan who chaired LoneStarCon 3, the 2013 Worldcon. He is a member of ALAMO and was co-chair of the Cancun in 2003 sort-of hoax Worldcon bid. He was a vice chair of LoneStarCon 2 in 1997 and Chengdu Worldcon in 2023.
