Joseph Maraglino, a fan from Niagara Falls, NY, published the excellent fanzine Astromancer Quarterly in the 1990s. He belonged to the Niagara Falls Science Fiction Association and was chairman of the George Alec Effinger Medical Fund.
He was married to fanartist Linda Michaels.
