Fescennine was a 10-page, one-shot, apazine for OMPA mailing #5 in August 1955 published by Mike Wallace in the UK.
Ethel Lindsay said in Scottishe #5:
Sumpin about that name I don't like. The red ink is cheerful tho and I feel very sympathetic about your adventure in Gestetner, I bought a wheelpen there once and had the same experience.
Those of us without access to a copy can only speculate what those experiences might be.
