Pat Sims (née Patricia Oswalt) is a Midwestern fan who has been involved since the early 1960s, starting out in Chicago. She was active in Detroit fandom for many years, then in Cincinnati, where she was a mainstay of the CFG and of Midwestcon. She now lives near Orlando, FL.

Pat has been married to fellow fan Roger Sims since August 16, 1964; they met at Midwestcon the previous year. They were DUFF delegates in 1995.

She co-chaired Ditto 10, Ditto 17, and FanHistoriCon 9.
