A relaxacon held August 12-14, 1977, at the Sheraton Homewood in Homewood, IL, near Chicago. The GoH was Bob Tucker and the FGoH was Lou Tabakow. Gene Wolfe was toastmaster.
They also advertised a "special mystery guest."
Lynn Parks, organized it in honor of the Hippotofurs, hot pink hippopotamus-shaped plush bean bags, worn as ornaments, that were a fad in her circle for a while.
