Rob F. Johnson was a fan from Bristol, UK active in the 1960s. He was a member of the Bristol and District Group (BaD) where in the first issue of their clubzine, Badinage (February 1967), he was described as a 'comparative newcomer' to the group. He would later edit its last two issues. He attended Briscon and Thirdmancon and was a member of Heicon.
