Roger Perkins was a British fan, who was a member of the Contrivance and BECCON '87 committees. He was one of the founder members of the City Lit Science Fiction evening class in the 1960s, through which he discovered fandom.
Roger was the mainstay of the BECCON quiz and charades teams until his retirement and semi-GAFIAtion to the wilds of Wales, where he had a boat called Chrestomancy.
